You can also book online by navigating to the "travel" tab on our website and following the link provided. The hotel is located at the Hyatt Regency Long Island at 1717 Motor Parkway Hauppauge, NY. Please note that the person making the reservation has to be the individual checking into the hotel.

Yes, there will be a shuttle bus that will bring guests to Stonebridge and back to the hotel at the end of the night. The first pre-ceremony shuttle leaves the Hyatt at 3:40 pm and the second will leave at 4:10 pm.

There are multiple airports you can fly into in the region. JFK and LaGuardia are the most popular. MacArthur airport is a regional Long Island airport and is the closest airport to our hotel and venue. The Long Island Railroad will bring you from JFK to Smithtown.

Yes there will be ample parking at the venue.

Welcome Drinks are totally optional and open to all guests! We will host drinks on Saturday night, January 11th, at 7pm at Jameson's Bar and Grill in Hauppauge, about a 9 min drive from the hotel. Transportation and food will not be provided, but you can make a reservation to eat dinner at the restaurant prior to drinks by calling 631-818-5266. Address: 661 Old Willets Path, Hauppauge, NY.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm EST. The venue will open at 4:00 pm EST for guests. Cocktail hour follows the ceremony from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

The dress code is formal attire.

The bridal party and family will be heading back to the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge. The hotel has a full bar and sit down area to continue the night with family and those who have traveled. All are welcome and encouraged to join us afterwards!
