The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. To ensure everyone has ample time to find their seats and settle in, we kindly request guests to arrive by 3:30 pm. Please note that if you arrive after 4:00 pm, you will need to wait to enter until after the ceremony concludes.

Due to venue capacity constraints, if you have been granted a plus one, this information will be clearly specified on your invitation and RSVP. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to accommodate all our guests comfortably.

While we absolutely adore your little ones, we have opted for an adult-only celebration. We hope you understand and appreciate your cooperation.

We kindly request that you celebrate in style by adhering to a black-tie optional dress code. This means you have the flexibility to choose between elegant formal wear or sophisticated cocktail attire. Please be mindful that the ceremony will take place in the grass. Choose your footwear accordingly.

The reception is scheduled to take place from 5:30 pm until 10:30 pm. We encourage you to enjoy the celebration to its fullest. We would love for you to join us back at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bolingbrook for an after party within the hotel bar.

Unfortunately, our venue does not permit overnight parking. We recommend arranging for transportation through services such as Uber or Lyft, which are readily available in the vicinity. Please plan ahead for a safe journey to and from the venue.

There will be limited trips and space on a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and back. We encourage you to arrange transportation. Uber and Lyft will be plentiful in the area as well.
