When talking about how Marcos and Meaghan met, it's definitely one that will keep you laughing - for many reasons. All jokes aside though, one can see that although the initial meeting was far from romantic, it was perfect in its own way. :) Meaghan was in nursing school and elbows high in assignments that having a boyfriend was the last thing on her agenda. In fact, the thought of having a boyfriend was almost humorous. She'd tell you that just "some guy" from her psych class (Marcos) messaged her on Facebook one time at 1:30 in the morning asking me "what's up?" In her mind, this was odd, but before the two knew it, the conversation extended into texting in morning and over the next few days. Meaghan thought it was playful, whereas Marcos was trying to get Meaghan to come over. Meaghan served him a few week's worth of excuses until he became obviously upset and called her on her bluff. After a few weeks, Marcos had waited enough and finally said we either hang out now or never (basically). With the help of her friends, Meaghan decided to go to Marcos' house, where she prayed she'd leave safe (joking of course......kinda). He greeted her at the door and told her they'd be watching a movie in the basement....smooth guy. ;) However, he kept it PG and even introduced Meaghan to his mom, dad, and grandparents that same day! Talk about ball of emotion for one night! All in all, it ended up that Meaghan was safe, but most importantly, found what she didn't know she was looking for - her happily ever after!
