Now this is a story all about how
my life got twisted upside down
and Id like to take a minute, just sit right there,
to tell you how we became a family on ole Dakota trail.


In my backyard hangin while the fire blazed,
chopping some wood & enjoying my day
chillin out, maxin, relaxin all cool,
got a notification on my cellular.
Saw this pretty blonde girl that I matched with on Hinge,
sent a new message asking how Ive been?
I answered one little question now here we are, three years later we came pretty far.


Back to the first date we went to IPlay,
bought a special pair of crocs just for that day.
I screwed up the kiosk & got way too many tickets,
Brought chairs over to ski-ball, said might as well kick it.
Time for the bar, yo this is great
Im having so much fun for a first date!
Hot spiced cocktails out of Santas hat,
hmmm, this might be alright.


But wait! I have to give you the crocs and all that
just had to see if you were a cool cat
I do think so,
I saw right away,
But nothing prepared me for the Princess of Dakota Trail.


A little while later I went over her house,
met this little Bee that was cute as a mouse.
All that day the three of us played,
we had so much fun, that night I stayed.


Time whistled by and over the year,
Life was a blast! We kicked it into high gear
Vacations, and holidays, a deployment scare,
But we made it, yo, the proposal is near.


I proposed at Laurita about three thirty - four,
With both families there A toast, to the future
Our family of three, we were almost there!
But one more surprise was looming in the air.


Next came Lily, our precious Rose.
A family of three, to four it grows.
Wed be honored to celebrate our next special memory,
with our family & friends at our wedding ceremony.
