ARE THERE ANY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS GUESTS ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR?
Aidan and Meegan will have their Destination Travel Agent, Brenda Metzger, in charge of room bookings. Booking your rooms through Brenda will also include complimentary travel to and from the Montego Bay airport. To coordinate this, email transfers.jamaica@seasonstours.com anytime before departure. Guests will be in charge of obtaining passports and booking flights at a timely manner. Everything you might need will be provided by the resort in terms of food, drinks, excursions, and a gift shop. Any other activities outside of the resort that guests would want to participate in will have to be organized by those guests.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
As we grow closer to the wedding date and the group promo rates for the rooms have expired, absolutely no plus ones unless already approved by Aidan and Meegan.
WHAT'S THE BAR AND FOOD SITUATION?
The resort is all inclusive, which includes alcohol service and meals throughout the entire trip, including the wedding day. There will be a cocktail hour after the ceremony where the bar will be open and hors d'oeuvres will be served. The bar will remain open with a full dinner service during the reception.
WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE REHEARSAL DINNER?
This will take place all outdoors in the evening, so dress comfortable but semi formal. To make it fun, as an optional theme is garden party with pastels, so feel free to dress in light colors or floral patterns! Pictures will be taken. (:
WHAT ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE CEREMONY?
Jamaica in June will be hot, so we recommend something light but semi formal (no jeans or t-shirts) for the wedding day. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the evening with the reception in an air-conditioned room. Some examples are: Khaki pants / shorts and button ups / polos for men. Dresses / jumpsuits / skirts & blouses for women. We hope guests use this as an opportunity to dress up and be fancy! NO COLORS TRADITIONALLY RESERVED FOR THE BRIDE - WHITES, IVORIES, AND CREAMS.
