If you are not planning to stay overnight in the hotel, your car will need to be parked at the park and ride. Shuttles will come to pick you up and provide transportation to the venue!

Shuttles will promptly arrive to the hotel and park and ride. Please be advised there is only ONE trip going to the venue, so be sure you are on time (or early)! *Shuttle pick up time will be between 2:45 and 3:00 pm* Buses will leave promptly, at 3:00 pm, to head to the venue.

There will be a shuttle that runs back to the hotel and park and ride at 9:30 pm for guests who are ready to head back, then again at the end of our event at 10:30 pm.
