Our Wedding

Our story started in 2016 in Boulder, Colorado, where we both attended university. Boulder holds a very special place in our hearts. Having been fortunate enough to attend the country’s best school in the best college town in the country (not up for debate), we had access to incredible skiing, hiking, music, and more all right in our backyard.&nbsp; We crossed paths on the sidewalk just outside campus in fall of 2016, had a brief exchange of phone numbers and a Buffs jacket, and then started dating in early spring of 2017. We are Grateful to look back on those good times of the past, and are excited for what the future brings! After graduating, we planted our roots in Denver, Colorado, with our two dogs, Jake and Rossi. Two of the weirdest, wildest, and most fun canines you’ll ever meet. They get their quirkiness from us, we’re sure… From the start, we shared many common interests and introduced one another to our different passions. Meg introduced Chris to musical artists, the beauty of vinyl albums, the difference between bourbon and whisky, and good cocktails and spirits. Chris still opts for a basic light beer most of the time, but she broadened his horizons. Chris introduced Meg to the beauty of Cape Cod summers, where we spend a few weeks out of the year. It was an absolute treat for someone who grew up in Tennessee to get to share his passion for the ocean, sailing, and premium oysters. Our shared love for skiing has led us to explore many mountains together over the years. Time spent in the mountains has been bountiful. Ranging from Keystone to Snowbird, Alta to Breckenridge, Winter Park to Brighton to Steamboat; Jackson Hole to Vail and Beaver Creek, and of course, our favorite, Arapahoe Basin, the ski runs have been many, always eventful and exciting... even when Chris injures himself and Meg has to take him to the hospital… On 11/11 of 2023, Chris felt that it was only right to pop the question at our favorite mountain on a bluebird day, joined by his best man, and Meg’s maid of honor, looking out at the magnificent and infamous East Wall of Arapahoe Basin. With our shared passions and interests for skiing, the outdoors, dogs, music, movies, and so much more, we have enjoyed countless adventures and can’t wait for you to join us as we start the next adventure of marriage!&nbsp;

Denver Airport is located outside of the city, but getting to Downtown Denver is a breeze. Choose to rent a car, take an Uber, or make use of Denver's LightRail Train that will take you from the airport, directly to Denver's Downtown Union Station in 37 minutes.

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided. Venue parking is available if you prefer to drive your own vehicle. Please note that cars will be towed if left overnight! Complimentary transportation will be provided to and from the venue. To help us accommodate everyone on the shuttle, please indicate on your RSVP if you would like to use this service. Charter bus transportation will pickup and drop off at Union Station, 1701 Wynkoop St, Denver, CO 80202.
