WHAT IS A GOOD TIME TO ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive at Sendera Springs, 231 Avery Road in Kerrville, between 5:30 pm and 5:45 pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6:00 pm.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Parking is available at Sendera Springs. Drivers have the option of dropping passengers off at a porte-cochère at the front of the venue before parking.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

The wedding vibe is bright and colorful, and the dress code is cocktail. Ladies can wear long, tea-length or short formal dresses (any length works!). Gentlemen can wear a suit (tie optional) or sports jacket and dress shirt.

ARE CHILDREN INVITED?

We have decided to keep the ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of family. If your children are invited, it will be indicated on the formal invitation.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Please RSVP through this website by May 17, 2024. If an RSVP is not received from your party by that day, it will be marked as 'no' and we will truly miss your presence!

WHEN WILL DINNER BE SERVED AT THE WEDDING RECEPTION?

Cocktail hour will be hosted from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm at Sendera Springs. During this time, we'll serve light passed hors d'oeuvres. Dinner will begin at approximately 7:30 pm.

WHEN WILL THE RECEPTION END?

The “late night” reception will end at 11:30 pm by sending off the bride and groom.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WELCOME PARTY?

All wedding guests are invited to the Welcome Party at the Cypress Point River Ranch in Ingram, Texas. Please join us from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm on Friday, June 14th. Please RSVP for the Welcome Party by May 17th through this website. Cypress Point is a 15 - 20 minute drive from downtown Kerrville on the Guadalupe River between Ingram and Hunt, Texas. The address is 190 Cutbirth Drive, Ingram, Texas. See map below.

WHAT WILL OCCUR AT THE WELCOME PARTY?

The Welcome Party is laid-back and will take place both indoors and outdoors. A buffet lunch will be served for all to enjoy. Whether you choose to dress in shorts or sport your swimsuit for a float in the Guadalupe River, the choice is yours. There will be plenty of activities to engage in, such as cornhole, ping pong, shuffleboard, zip-lining, longhorn viewing, and rope swinging. Alternatively, if you prefer to simply relax and take in the scenic beauty of the river from the shoreline, that's another fantastic option!

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF YEAR?

Temperatures in Texas during the month of June can be hot. Daily highs will most likely range from 87 degrees to 90 degrees, with lows between 67 degrees and 70 degrees. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors at Sendera Springs, and the reception will be indoors.
