We met originally in analytical chemistry, but only started getting to know each other in physics a year later. Sitting across from each other in lab, my instruments always seemed to be broken and I had to work with Colin.

When COVID hit in March of 2020, we began calling each other, at first to talk about physics but then other interests as well. Eventually, we began to talk about our faith and love of Jesus Christ. In the summer of 2020, we were both in Waco again and shared our testimonies with each other. To share a love of things like Avatar and Star Wars is one thing, but to share a love of Christ and have a focused and genuine relationship with Him is something much more special and rare. We began dating with a focus on God and service to one another that has blossomed into an engagement and planning a marriage. Ultimately, our story is His story and our marriage is an image of the marriage prophesied in Revelation and we are so excited to pursue Him and the bringing of His kingdom together.
