In June of 2023, on a rainy night in Pottstown, Meg ventured out on what she believed would be just another Hinge date. Despite her 'interrogation' style techniques, ensuring that they were both on the same page about relationship goals, Ted made it out of Blue Elephant (fairly) unscathed. Perhaps it was that he walked her to her car, or the conversation that so easily flowed, but something was different about this one. Soon one date turned into three and they became official on 7/7/23!

The year to follow was filled with love, laughter, and learning more about each other. They had sweet times at the Hershey Spa, soaked in the fall foliage in Jim Thorpe, beach walks in Sea Isle, and admired the art in Philly. Even the day to day tasks, such as grocery shopping or Meg's (mild) Target obsession, became more fun as a couple! As they spent these moments together, big and small, they realized this was good love.

On 7/7/24 Ted wore a sports coat on a 90 degree day, because he wanted to "look nice" for their anniversary dinner. As they enjoyed champagne at Ledges Hotel, looking at the beautiful waterfall around them, they reminisced about the love they created. Ted got down on one knee, asked the big question and of course, Meg answered YES!
