Individual reservations can be made by mentioning the group reservation name (ID), by calling 1-888-33-CANAD or the hotel directly. After this date, the hotel reserves itself the right to release rooms not reserved and all late reservation requests will be processed according to the availability and current rate.

Cancellation: Only subject to individual cancellation. Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in date will result in a penalty of 1 night room + tax charges per room.
