Megan and Nick both grew up in Spring, Texas, but never truly crossed paths until college. They always "knew of each other" but never talked until Megan visited a friend in Lubbock for a TCU vs. Texas Tech game in 2019. Nick added Megan on Snapchat a few months later, and then, a few months after that, he finally sent her a Snapchat (just his face, no caption—but hey, it worked!).

Megan and Nick hung out a few times after that but truly reconnected in the late fall of 2020. They started dating on New Year's Day 2021. Since then, they have managed long distances between Fort Worth–Lubbock, Dallas–Lubbock, Dallas–Houston, and Dallas–Fort Worth. They decided to settle in Fort Worth, a city they both love and where they started their careers.

They can't wait to celebrate their marriage with you in their city!
