We have a block of rooms reserved under "Browning/Baldes Wedding." Call soon in order to ensure a spot. Duluth hotels fill up quickly in the summer.
There will be a cocktail hour from 5 to 6pm followed by dinner at 6pm. Music, dancing, and frivolity will ensue until midnight.
Be sure to try our signature cocktails! David's is a "Superior Splash"...a tasty blend of irish whiskey, spicy ginger ale, and a splash of lime. Megan's is a tribute to Anne of Green Gables--a " Sham Raspberry Cordial"...a sparkling mix of lemonade, seltzer, and a splash of raspberry spirits. There will also be a yummy non-alcoholic punch for all to enjoy!
For the carnivores in the group, we will be serving a Minnesota style surf and turf meal consisting of braised beef short ribs and lemon parmesan crusted walleye (our state fish and David's favorite prey).
The vegetarians will be treated to a Pier B specialty--truffle macaroni and cheese.
We will also be serving Sawyer's favorite dish (good old Mac and Cheese) for the younger (or young at heart) guests.
All dishes will be served with herb roasted broccolini and cheesy polenta.
We will have a light brunch on the second floor deck (or if inclement weather, in the first floor Pilot room). All are welcome to enjoy a bite to eat, some friendly company, and a few more hugs before you depart the North Coast. We will plan to be there from 10:00 to noon!
