Getting Here
We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
The PHX airport is 5-10 minutes from the downtown area,
where all wedding weekend activities will be centered.
You could also consider flights into Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA). However, this airport is approximately a 40 minute drive from the downtown area, so we wouldn't recommend this option unless you were renting a car for the weekend.
Once You're Here
We suggest using rideshare services (Lyft, Uber) to get around during your stay. Wedding activities will all be located in and around downtown Phoenix.
Accommodations
Hyatt Place Phoenix / Downtown
The Hyatt Place will host our room block for the wedding weekend. At this time, our block of reserved and discounted rooms is no longer available. However, please feel free to join us at the Hyatt using their regular booking system - or just stop by for some socialization throughout the weekend.
Transportation
There will be a 56-passenger bus running between the Hyatt Place and the Venue at the Grove locations on Saturday. The bus will depart the Hyatt Place at 3:00 pm to head to the venue. At the end of the night, there will be two options to head back to the hotel: one at 9:00 pm and one at 10:00 pm. If you would like to leave at a different time, or the shuttle is filled, we recommend taking Lyft or Uber.
