Carter and I first crossed paths in PA school in Knoxville, TN. With him being one of the smartest and definitely the hottest one in the class, I was intimidated. Thankfully, mutual friends brought us together with a dare to "kiss the person to your left" and the sparks were undeniable. After hours of laughing and deep talks on our first date, Carter was hooked!

Unfortunately, the day after our first amazing date, we had to part ways for the holidays and clinical rotations in separate cities. The first 5 months of dating consisted of Carter traveling to Cincinnati, Lexington, Nashville, and Naples for more dates and adventures. In Nashville, we made it official and in Naples, I knew I was head over heels when Carter met my dad.

We moved in early together and soon after got our puppy, Knox. I then moved over 2,000 miles to start our new life together as working PA-Cs. I never imagined I could be so confident that someone is my soulmate so quickly. I am so excited to celebrate our love with our favorite people in the events to come!
