For all onsite lodging, the room block cutoff date is August 11, 2024. After this date, the rooms in our block will be released back to the public.
Holiday Inn Express Hastings, an IHG Hotel
If you plan on staying overnight following our reception (10/11/24), we have 30 rooms blocked at the Holiday Inn Express Hastings. The same amount of rooms are blocked off for the night before our wedding (10/10/24) for any guests looking to arrive early.
To book, go online to their website or call their main number (both provided above). Mention the code CFW when booking online or mention that you are with the Cash-Fairlie Wedding when calling. In our personal opinion, it is easiest to call or book online via cell phone. When you are searching for a room on your phone, make sure to turn rate preference to "group rate" and provide the code to access our block.
The negotiated price is only good until August 25th, 2024, so make sure to book before this date to receive the $106-125 room rate.
**Transportation will be provided to and from our wedding through a shuttle service**
Shuttle Service
A shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the hotel block and venue.
The shuttle will be departing the hotel block at approximately 3:45pm and again at 4:50pm to bring guests to the venue.
The shuttle will begin bringing guests back to the hotel at approximately 10:30pm and 12:00am.
The shuttle accommodates 56 passengers per run so please plan accordingly.
