Reservations can only be made by calling 920-964-0177. Please ask for reservations and tell them you are with the Charles/McAllister Wedding. All reservations must be held with a credit card. Reservations for individual rooms must be made no later than 12:00pm on 08/21/26. Reservation requests made after this date are honored on a space available basis but will no longer be guaranteed a room type or the group rate. Full payment of the reservations will be due upon check in by either credit card, or cash. If paying by cash an additional $100.00 refundable deposit will be required. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is at 11:00am. Early check ins are not guaranteed for any reason. If an individual FAILS to CANCEL their guaranteed reservation by 12:00PM on*10/02/26*, they will be liable for their FULL amount. This constitutes a no-show and the reservation fee becomes property of the hotel.
