Tom and Megan met in September 2016 while they were both undergraduate students at UConn. It was a Sunday afternoon when Tom’s roommate, Christian, asked him to pick him up from his friend’s apartment, who was Megan’s roommate. The pair were introduced briefly; Megan was getting ready for a meeting and didn’t give much attention, and Tom thought Megan was “too tall for him.” As the group of friends hung out more, Tom and Megan got to spend more time together. Tom brought Megan on their first date to Genos, the on campus restaurant where Tom worked, and the rest is history. They finished their undergraduate careers together and continued their relationship through long distance while Tom was in law school and Megan started her nursing career. Today, Tom and Megan live together in Manhattan where Tom works as a lawyer and Megan works as a labor and delivery nurse. The couple is very excited to give their friends and family a glimpse into their relationship on their big day.
