Where can I sign the waiver form?

All guests must sign a waiver to step foot on the property. A legal guardian is required to sign on the behalf of minors. Click here for the link: http://www.greatescapelakeside.com/checkin.html

What should I pack?

We want you to be comfortable and have a great time! Make sure to remember swimwear, comfy pajamas, house slippers, sneakers (capture the flag?!), casual wear, and just one nice outfit for the vow renewal ceremony (cocktail attire).

What if I can't stay all 3 nights?

It is a 3-night minimum to stay overnight. If you are unable, please let us know right away. You are welcome to make your own accommodations and still join us for the Welcome BBQ, Game Day, and the Vow Renewal. Nearby accommodations include Lake Minneola Inn and Siena at Bella Collina.

Can I choose my room?

We promise a bed for everyone that RSVPs to Overnight at the Great Escape. Until we have the final head count, we will not have room information available. We will do our best to accommodate your family to have a space matching your needs. If there are any special accommodations we should be aware of, please don't hesitate to reach out.

The Rooms!

Each bedroom features a unique theme and is filled with games. For example the Laser Game room includes a timed laser maze and guns for laser tag. With this in mind, we ask all of our guests to keep their personal belongings in their room closets and be open to allowing other guests to view and play the available games. However, at no time can someone enter another's room without their explicit consent. We want everyone to enjoy their stay and all the home has to offer while respecting everyone's privacy and personal belongings.

What about food?

We will be providing all meals including continental style breakfast each morning, make-your-own sandwiches for lunch, a Welcome BBQ dinner on Friday, home cooked meal for Saturday, and catered dinner on Sunday. We will also have beer, wine, juice, coffee, tea, and water. If you have any allergies, dietary concerns, or preferences, please let us know via the RSVP options. You are welcome to bring any additional goods for yourself or to share.

Are kids invited?

Yes, kids are more than welcome! In fact, we selected this venue specifically for it's family friendly atmosphere. All kids should be listed by name in your RSVP to coordinate sleeping space. Remember, a waiver form also needs to be signed for each child by their legal guardian. If your kids are not listed in your RSVP, please contact us directly.

Kids Accommodations!

For young kids the venue includes three pack-n-plays and two high chairs attachments. Feel free to bring and setup a baby monitor for your room if needed.

Pool Safety!

To help keep the kids safe while playing in the pool, we will have a Pool Master. The Pool Master is not a life guard or babysitter, just an extra pair of eyes to make sure no toddler falls in unseen. Anyone can be the Pool Master, we will have a token to identify who is acting in the role at the time.

Can I bring my dog?

Maybe! The venue allows dogs on a case-by-case basis for an additional $49 per day, and are restricted to certain areas of the home. If you are interested in having your pup join the celebration, please reach out to us.
