We met in North Carolina in 2018. Colin was in the Army stationed at Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, NC while Megan was in school at The University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. We spent two years driving back and forth (Colin did most of the driving) just seeing each other on the weekends. In June 2020, Colin went on deployment for 7 months. During that time, Megan graduated undergrad and started her Masters program at the University of Minnesota. Colin finished his five years in the army in July 2021, and we moved up to Minnesota together. Later that month, we adopted our puppy Buck. In December 2021 Colin Proposed to Megan on Vacation in Colorado and soon after they bought their first home together. Now they cant wait to get married!
