UberX vouchers will be provided for all guests staying at The Virginia Crossings Hotel. This voucher can only be used for transportation from the hotel to the venue. If you choose to use our UberX voucher, please schedule your ride early in case there is a lack of Ubers in the area. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the venue. Transportation will also be provided after the wedding. A bus is scheduled to take guests to the after party at The Ranch and The Virginia Crossings Hotel following the wedding.

Parking is available at Hollyfield Manor. If you choose to drive to the venue and take bus transportation at the end of the evening, you may leave your vehicle at the venue for up to 48 hours.

Due to the venue's rural location, an Uber/Lyft may be difficult to schedule following the wedding. Therefore, we recommend taking our provided transportation after the reception.

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate extra guests unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation.

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children due to limited capacity. This pertains to all ages. Please reach out if you need assistance finding a babysitter.

The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We recommend a suit with a tie and cocktail dresses. Our ceremony will be held on the lawn. Please consider appropriate shoes.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors.
