Guests will be responsible for their own flights. We recommend a red-eye on Wednesday June 26th. A complimentary shuttle bus will only be provided from the Rome Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci Airport throughout the day on June 27th.

We will be coordinating shuttle buses to take our guests from the Rome Airport to the venue. We will also coordinate the shuttles to take our guests back to the Rome airport on Monday July 1st. If you cannot make the date of arrival or the shuttle buses, you can get to the venue using public transport.
