The story of Megan and Devan starts in the Summer of 2018. Devan was Ski bumming with friends near Breckinridge Colorado and Megan was back home living in Evergreen Colorado waiting to make her next move to see where she was going to ski bum next. Living over an hour apart not knowing if each other even existed… Well in 2018 when You lived in towns with little to no people like Devan did in FairPlay Colorado. dating and meeting people was very limited so his friends convinced him toStart dating online like they were doing”thanks Nick”. Megan was living in the town she grew up in and she did not feel like dating people she grew up with cause things get weird so she also started online dating. We both jumped on this funny little app you may not of heard of called tinder. Devan would have still never known Megan existed. where Megan was living was still out of range for the app we were both using. Until one day Megan decided to go on a little vacation with her Mother. And just for a brief time Megan all of a sudden popped up on this app one day and by chance and by luck Devan was swiping away one afternoon while he was sitting in a giant off road haul truck waiting to be loaded with gold rich soil. He was a gold miner at this time. This girl popped up she was super cute and it seemed that in her description of her dating profile was very familiar because Devans dating profile looked very similar. We enjoyed A lot of the same things and number one was out love of the outdoors and skiing. After talking over the phone for about a week Devan took the leap of faith and asked Megan on a Mountain biking Date! A few days later Devan went bought a new set of clothes due to the fact he had just moved to Colorado from Wisconsin and had Zero decent looking clothes to look cool for this Gal. Then he set off from FairPlay Colorado to Evergreen Colorado to go Mountain biking with Someone he knew very little about. Meanwhile Megan was waiting in Evergreen not knowing whether she was going to go through with the date. Fortunately Megan’s Mom (Kammy) convinced her to go on the Date. Megan picked the spot and still decided to show up late As Devan was sitting in the Parking lot not knowing whether Megan was going to show or not. Well a half hour late as Devan was all ready to go sweating and nervous not from warming up for the bike ride but the anxiety of meeting this girl for the first time. Megan shows up in a little white Subaru Outback bumping tunes way to loud as she usually does. They met and from that day on Megan and Devan we’re inseparable. The rest is History! Megan and Devan are now engaged to be married and can not wait to celebrate there life together with all of you June 22, 2024 at the Top of the Pines in Ridgway Colorado!
