Yes! We will be having free shuttle services from the hotel to/from the venue. We will also have an early departure shuttle from the venue at 7:30PM and 8:30PM for those that may need to leave early. We will have shuttle services back to the hotel immediately following the reception, and two late night departure shuttles for those staying for the after party.

Yes! There is a giant parking lot free to guests right next to the venue. As a reminder, we are also providing free shuttle services from the hotel to/from the venue.

We ask that all guests be seated and ready ~20 minutes prior to 4PM start!

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adult only event and we can only accommodate the children in our wedding party. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we listed the 3 main entrees on our RSVP card, which are meat and vegetarian, however other entrees can be made to meet all dietary needs. Please specify on the back of the RSVP card and we will take it from there!

Our ceremony is going to be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be taking place indoors.
