Use block “Megan Fairchild” at the Hotel Greenfield! If you do not want to stay in Greenfield, Stuart is not too far away and has several options, too! Greenfield also has a campground if you want to call and make arrangements to camp!

We will let you know how many seats we have reserved for you on your RSVP. Please respect that number and don’t ask for extra seating, as we have already contacted vendors!

We hired an amazing photographer who knows exactly what we want out of our wedding day. With that being said, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. We ask that phones stay in your pockets until the ceremony is over. Feel free to take as many pictures as you want at the reception! We will have "disposable cameras" you can use on your lock screen to capture the night with us!

It will be in late summer, but we will be in a building with AC. Please wear nice jeans (shorts if you think you’ll get hot) and a nice shirt. There is no reason you shouldn’t be comfortable! We are firm on no heels!! They echo in the room we are getting married in, and will make it hard to hear what is going on.

We know how much you love your kids, but we hope you appreciate this opportunity for a date night as well! Unless your child is in the wedding, we ask they stay home. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!!

We plan to start the ceremony at 3:00, so please make sure you are arriving between 2:30-2:45. This gives you time to say hello to the people near you and put away your (silenced) phones.
