Once our official invitations are in the mail, we will update the website with a deadline to RSVP.

Both the ceremony and reception will be at 1840 Manor House. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. We ask that all guests arrive up to 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to take their seats and enjoy the prelude music. Cars will not be permitted to park during the ceremony so please arrive early. 

We would love for everyone to get dressed up with us! The dress code will be cocktail attire. Suits for men and cocktail dresses for woman are perfect! Please note that weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside. The walk to the ceremony space is all natural loose stone so please plan your footwear accordingly. We also suggest bringing a cover in the event of a chilly fall day.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand & enjoy a night out!

Valet parking will be provided in the front of the wedding venue. Please pull through the roundabout driveway off of White Pond.

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony ( no photos or video). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present with us as we say our I do’s. We’ve hired professionals to capture the moment so please allow them to do their best work. During the cocktail hour/reception please feel free to take all the pictures you’d like!

There will be hors d'oeuvres served during cocktail hour. This along with dinner will be provided by Sausalito Catering. Dinner will be served with a salad as well as a slider station and build your own pasta station.

Yes! We will have a cocktail menu as well as wine and beer. We will also provide mocktails and have non-alcoholic options so everyone will be able to enjoy the bar!

We have a block of rooms reserved at DoubleTree by Hilton Akron Fairlawn and Holiday Inn Express Akron NW - Fairlawn. Both hotels are located right next to each other on West Market Street, across from Summit Mall. They are about an 8 minute drive from the Venue.
