Wittenberg University is where our love story began. We quickly became great friends. Tommy developed feelings much quicker and it took Megan two years to decide she liked him too. Our friends had bets on how long it would take for us to start dating. When Megan's dad developed cancer before our junior year, she quickly discovered who was the one that was always there, Tommy. It was history after that! Here 7 years later, we are getting married!!

Tommy had shown up in St. Louis 2 weekends prior to our engagement at a club volleyball tournament to sike Megan out. While in Chicago for another volleyball tournament, Tommy rolled up while Megan was walking to dinner. After a long day of volleyball, Tommy suggested going to walk the Navy Pier. Megan was starving and only could focus on eating, but Tommy insisted we were not eating down there. It took much convincing to get in the Uber to go over to the Planetarium. Little did Megan know Tommy had a photographer waiting at sunset to capture the proposal with the Chicago skyline in the background. Once Tommy got down on one knee, Megan quickly said yes and it was the most beautiful moment! It was all worth it and we had a lovely dinner afterwards.
