Megan and Michael met, went out to dinner, fell madly in love, moved in together, brought a Vizsla into their lives, opened up and now run (pun intended) a physical therapy clinic for runners named Cadence. They are currently training for a half Ironman on one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in Canada. Due to these reasons, their story on this website is short, but the adventures they experience will last for the rest of their lives and beyond.

As you all know, time is precious, a currency not for purchase in this life. For Megan and Michael, their chosen path isn't just about running in the rain, biking until their legs fall off, or swimming with the sharks. It's a journey to capture all that is beautiful, good, valuable, and meaningful. If you're reading this, please know that you are beautiful, good, valuable, and living a life of meaning.
