What should I wear?

Our ceremony is taking place outside and the reception is inside so please feel welcome to bring sweaters in case it gets chilly
Where is the wedding taking place?
Our ceremony and reception are both going to be at the Fiddle Back Ranch in Meeteetse, Wyoming! Our ceremony is taking place outside and our reception will take place in their large indoor arena.
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception in the arena where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.
What should I do If I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
What will the weather be like?
While the weather in Meeteetse is usually nice and warm, we’d like to remind you that it is Wyoming and the weather can change quickly. We suggest having a jacket or sweater just in case the weather changes. In case of bad weather we will move the ceremony inside the arena
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, so feel welcome to bring them along! We are planning to have an area that the kids can play games
Can I bring a date?
We would love for you to bring a plus one, we just ask if you are planning on doing so that you type that in when you RSVP, we also limit that unless they are your kids that you only bring one guest so we can keep track of how many people are coming.

We ask that you RSVP online or by mail no later than AUGUST 1, 2021
Will there be food and drinks?
There will be food provided, some drinks will be provided but we do ask that you bring your own drinks and or coolers along with, once there are all gone we aren’t planning on running into town and grabbing anymore!
Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotels?
We ask that your find transportation or contact us ahead of time! We will be limited in how many people we can transport back and forth.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #theziehls2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
