You can park at either the Meadowbrook Park Clubhouse or at shelter 4. There will be signs and balloons directing you to the appropriate sidewalk to find the ceremony site. Please keep in mind there will be a short 2-5 minute walk and the ceremony will be taking place on grass when selecting your footwear for the evening.

The ceremony is a rain or shine event, unless there is lightning or downpour. Rain is considered good luck, right? The ceremony site is not covered, so please bring an umbrella if it is raining. We do have an alternate site inside just in case. We will ask for your mobile number when you RSVP later, so any changes will be texted. The reception will be held indoors.

There is not a hotel block reserved for wedding guests, but take a look at the "Travel" page on this website for a few recommendations of close accommodations.

Attire should be semi-formal.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day, other than those in the ceremony.

There will be a buffet with a selection of chicken, beef, vegetables and salads. Vegan and gluten-free options will be available for those who RSVP with those needs.

A selection of wine, beer, and select liquors will be available free of charge to guests. A small cash tip would be appreciated by the bartender.

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can bring it to our reception or have it delivered to our home at 8703 W 92nd St, Overland Park, KS 66212. A gift and wedding card table will be at our reception.

The reception will end at 11:00pm.
