Located next to Rice University and the Texas Medical Center (the largest medical center in the world!), there are tons are great cafes, stores, restaurants/bars in the area. Check out some of our favorites restaurants: Local Foods, Sixty Vines, Velvet Taco, Hopdoddy Burger Bar!

Saint Arnold's is one of our favorite places to go on the weekend with friends. It has great beer, cider, and food! You can tour the brewery and sit inside or in the nice outdoor area.

The rodeo will still be going on over our wedding weekend and you can go any day of the week! They usually have great concerts and pretty cheap tickets. If you have a free night while you're in town, we recommend experiencing the rodeo.

The centennial gardens are beautiful! They are near the museums, Rice, and the medical center.

If you're looking for a fun adventure just outside of the city, NASA would be a once in a lifetime visit!
