Before Megan and Dan say "I Do" please join us to celebrate and support them at their I Do Backyard BBQ, Saturday May 4, 2024 at 1pm. To give all our guests the opportunity to celebrate without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children. The best gift is having you share in our day. Should you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot for the day we finally tie the knot. Please keep in mind this is mainly an outdoor event.

For our special day we are going to do things our own way.&nbsp;Please plan your arrival for 4:30pmDinner will be served at 6:15pmSunset ceremony at 8:00pm Please join us in celebration after we say I Do.Our reception will host an array of finger foods for your late night munchies, cake, sweets and of course an open bar.&nbsp;Dance the night away with us as Mr &amp; Mrs Bunce! -BYOB is highly encouraged!Feel free to bring your cooler with your favorite drink or help stock our bar-

Our Wedding

2019: Dan and Megans first meet was slightly more dramatic than most: a pool, a girl with blue hair, a nude man, fireworks, and Jack Daniels. At the time, Dan was working and living in Buffalo, NY. Megan was working and living in Burbank, CA. Coincidentally, separate endeavors led them home to Erie, PA, where they met at a mutual friends house (pool). -Thinking back, its strange they have never met before, given the extent of their mutual friendships- After a motorcycle ride on Dans Harley and a short few days of getting to know one another, Megan knew he was the one. However, as all good things must come to an end, Megan flew home to Burbank, back to her work reality. Her biggest regret was not getting Dans phone number. Lo and behold Dan, managed to grab Megans. She landed at LAX airport, opened her phone to a text, How is Monday treating you? and knew it was Dan. Mondays conversation turned into Tuesday, Wednesday- Wednesday night, Thursday morning-you get the idea- They carried on a long-distance relationship day in and out through FaceTime, phone calls, and texts, shared a quick weekend getaway in Hilton Head, and come that October, Dans job in Buffalo came to an end while Megan found herself on a one-way flight, coming home to Erie, to Dan. In December, Megan and Dan drove cross country back to LA to move her back home to Erie. After surviving the round-cross country trip- (with a few pit stops) and working and living together through covid- 2021:Dan was able to get back to work for Mainlining, where Megan decided to travel with him. (Greensboro, NC-Boston, MA-Columbus, GA- to name a few more states well lived in and traveled together) In July of 2022, life threw them a giant curve ball they would later discover as a “blessing in disguise”. Dan and Megan found themselves living in New York and decided the time was right to settle down and plant roots, building their own home together. The next two years met Megan and Dan with ebbs and flows, but there is nothing these two cannot overcome. Especially with their newest addition, Roscoe B. Roscoe came into Meg and Dans lives in perfect time the summer of 2023 and has genuinely added so much more joy, love and laughter to their home. Every day, Dan and Megan find new ways to fall in love with each other. They truly cherish each others company and never cease to make each other wholeheartedly laugh. They are beyond grateful for where they have been, where they are today, and cannot wait to see what the future has in store for them while planting their own roots to negate the traveler lifestyle they were both so accustomed to. Cheers to Megan, Dan and Roscoe B doing this thing called life together, forever. You see, the dreamers need the realists to keep them from soaring too close to the sun. And the realists, well without the dreamers, they might not ever get their feet off the ground.
