We ask that guests RSVP by October 1st, 2025

The wedding and reception will be held at The Bauer in the Crossroads area of Kansas City, Missouri. The address is 115 W 18th St, Kansas City, MO 64108. The event space is on the top floor of the building and there will be an attendant at the entrance to help guide guests to the space. There are stairs and a single elevator available.

A hotel block has been booked for the Courtyard by Marriott Kansas City Downtown/Convention Center, at 1535 Baltimore Avenue, Kansas City, MO 64108. The hotel block is only available through October 17. A link to the hotel block site can be found in the "Travel" section of this site.

We are looking forward to celebrating with as many friends, family, and loved ones in our lives as possible. That being said, we are sadly unable to accommodate young children at the event. This was a difficult decision, but due to some accessibility and logistics with our venue, we feel this is the safest and best decision for our day.

For those who will be driving to the wedding, there is plenty of street parking around the venue. For guests with mobility concerns, the Bauer has provided us with approximately six parking spots close to the back door of the venue. We ask that guests DO NOT park in these spots unless they have specifically requested one of these spots, as these spots are in short supply and will also be used by vendors on the day of the wedding. The venue is also approximately two blocks from the 19th Street stop of the Kansas City Streetcar, which is free to use and may be a good alternate method of transportation depending on where your hotel is located. For the ceremony our dress code is a semi-formal/cocktail attire. We ask no jeans or athletic wear, but a suit and tie isn't required. For the welcome reception the dress code is casual, it will be a relaxed come and go reception.

We want to make sure that all of our guests feel accommodated and included. There will be a space for you to provide any food allergies or dietary restrictions on the web RSVP. If you have more in depth questions about how food allergies are handled or accommodated, please reach out to us and we can get more specific information from our caterer for you.
