It all started with a night out at Tiger...

Now we both know what you're thinking, "ooh they met at a club", but we promise its a pretty romantic story.

It's been a whirlwind love story, and it all started in January 2018. We both were not meant to be out that night, some may call it coincidence, some may call it fate. But what we do know is Ty saw a pretty girl and Meg saw a cute boy and the rest is history...

From the beginning we both knew that Ty was going to eventually have to go back overseas for work but that didn't stop us from pursuing and building our relationship together. Most of 2018 involved family holidays, cheesy dates and Meg learning to "like" soccer. Then the time arrived when Ty was leaving for Cayman and we were both devastated to have to be apart, but knew how much we loved one another so we gave the distance a shot.

Although the first half of 2019 was hard, and naturally had its ups and downs. We both knew that we would be seeing one another again in a couple months time. So in rolled July, and the time came for Meg's trip to Cayman. Our nerves were skyrocketing but once Meg stepped off the plane it was as though no time or distance had separated us and we just picked up where we left off. From sipping cocktails to chasing sunsets the trip was one we would never forget. But all too soon, the time came again where we had to say our goodbyes, but knew in no time we would be together again.

Although unplanned and unexpected, Ty came back home for a visit. With a plan in mind and crutches in hand, he knew it was the time to ask the big question . He plucked up the courage to ask our moms and Buns, for Meg's hand in marriage. With the all clear, he put his plan to action. On the 24 November 2019, he wobbled down on one knee and popped the question.

And we all know the answer, because we are here today telling you our story, from being two young hearts in a club, oceans apart, but always together in heart. And now four and a half years later, and three dogs too, we are finally TYING THE KNOT....

We hope to continue our story with you, as we enter this next chapter of our lives.
