We have confirmed a block of rooms at the Residence Inn Hotel located in Chicopee, Massachusetts, about 20 mins from the venue. The rate will be good through April 17th, so please book soon if you plan to do so. Click on this link to reserve your room.

The block is for May 24-27th, if you wish to reserve certain days within that block please call the hotel instead of booking through the link as their website does not allow you to break apart the block rate. If you call you will still get the same rate.

There is second block of rooms at the Tru Hotel located right next door to the Residence Inn. The rate will be available until April 25th. Click on this link to reserve your room. This block rate is only available for the night of May 26 and May 27th.

The Hampton Inn, Chicopee is also very close to the other two hotels, but was not able to accommodate a hotel block for us. However, they may have rooms available if you call to request them.

Bradley International Airport

Located in Hartford, CT and is approximately a 30 min drive from the hotel.

Logan International Airport

Located in Boston, MA and is approximately a 1 1/2 hour drive from the hotel.

A coach bus will bring guests to the venue for the ceremony and reception. The bus will pick up guests at the Residence Inn in Chicopee, MA and will make 2 trips to the venue:

2:15 departure - arrive at 2:45

3:15 departure - arrive at 3:45

There will also be 2 shuttles at the end of the night as well from the venue to the hotel:

8:45 departure - arrive at 9:15

9:45 depature (end of reception) - arrive at 10:15
