Can I stay somewhere else?
As our hotel room block is booked, you are welcome to stay at a different location. However, please let us know in advance, as we will need to make special arragements with our wedding planner as Dreams Riveria Cancun does not usually allow outside guests on the property. We are also very limited on the number of outside guests we are allowed, so if you are considering staying somewhere else but attending the wedding, please let us know at your soonest convience.
Is transportation included if we booked through the group travel agent?
Yes, transportation from the airport to the hotel is included in your room price! Barbara will communicate those details with you as the date gets closer.
Do I need a passport?
Yes! Please make sure your passport is current and note that it's currently taking up to 12 weeks to get a passport. Additionally, the name on your passport must exactly match the name on your reservation.
