The room blocks are secured for all guests to stay September 24-28. If you are interested in extending your stay either before or after the wedding, please contact our Travel Coordinator Jessie, directly. Her information is in the travel section.

Guest bookings are refundable until April 29, 2025. After this date, different policies apply: Until April 29, 2025 – Deposits are fully refundable. April 30 to May 29, 2025 – Deposits are non-refundable, and the resort may apply fees for changes (such as reducing nights or guests). From May 30, 2025, to the travel date – Cancellations are non-refundable. We highly recommend travel insurance to protect reservations in case of unexpected changes. Once a guest’s reservation is confirmed, they will receive an email with the travel insurance details.

Policy for non-hotel guests attending the wedding: If they arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony and leave immediately after, there is no charge. If they wish to stay longer and enjoy time with you, the day pass costs $150 USD per person.
