We’re excited to offer a room block at the Moxy Hotel for our guests! Just 2.2 miles from the wedding venue, this vibrant and modern hotel is ideally located for both convenience and fun.
For after-party vibes, Avanti on Pearl Street is only 1.2 miles away—perfect for continuing the celebration. The Moxy is in a lively college neighborhood, ideal for renting scooters and exploring the campus.
Nature lovers will enjoy Chautauqua Park, just 0.9 miles from the hotel, with its stunning Flatirons and scenic trails for a refreshing hike or stroll. Enjoy a stay that blends excitement, convenience, and natural beauty!
Will transportation be provided?
We’ve got you covered! On the day of the wedding, shuttle service will be provided with two pickup times. Valet parking at the venue will be complimentary for those driving, and Uber is also an option.
What is on the menu for the reception?
The menu is highly seasonal and sent to the couple one month before the wedding for approval. Orders will be taken the day of the wedding. Flagstaff House will gladly accommodate nearly all allergies and dietary preferences.
What should I do if I have special dietary requirements?
Please fill out dietary preferences and allergies as you RSVP on our website.
Will there be a kids area or activities for children?
Children are welcome at the wedding! However, please note that we won’t have special activities or designated areas for them. We recommend making any necessary arrangements to ensure everyone has a great time. We are excited to celebrate with you and your family!

What is the schedule for the big day?
10:15am - Guests begin to arrive
10:30am - Ceremony commences
11:00am - Cocktail reception
12:00pm - Lunch service begins, lunch orders are taken
1:15pm - Cutting of the cake, dessert service,
mingling or dancing
3:00pm - All guests depart
Are there any planned activities or events around the wedding?
Yes! We have two optional, casual events:
1. Welcome Party: Join us the night before our wedding for cocktails and mingling at the hotel bar.
2. After Party: Celebrate the summer solstice with sunset drinks and festivities on the rooftop of Avanti on Pearl Street.
Both events are casual dress, and we’d love to see you there!

The wedding is a formal event, so please come dressed in your finest formal wear. We’re excited to celebrate with you in style!
