The Journey of Megan &amp; Alex: From First Meeting to Wedding Dreams Megan and Alex's story began in July 2016, when they first crossed paths at a gas station with friends. It was a serendipitous moment that sparked a connection that was nearly lost—Megan soon realized they were neighbors. This prompted her to take the initiative and make the first move by sliding into Alex's DMs. Their relationship blossomed, and they officially started dating in September 2016. However, like many couples, their journey was not without challenges. A significant obstacle arrived in the form of Hurricane Irma, which struck shortly before their planned wedding date of September 10, 2017. As both of them were designated as "essential employees," the chaos of the storm left them unable to finalize their wedding plans. Fast forward to August 2020, Megan and Alex made a big step together by purchasing their first home. This milestone marked a new chapter in their lives, as they settled into their roles as homeowners. As time passed, the love between Megan and Alex only deepened. By September 2022, they joyfully celebrated five years of marriage—a testament to their enduring commitment and partnership.&nbsp; However, the dream of a wedding celebration had lingered in the background, and in February 2025, Alex recognized it was finally time to plan the wedding they had envisioned. He approached Megan with the promise of making all her dreams come true.
