On May 2, 2014, Megan and Nathan met for a cup of coffee at the Starbucks near Santa Clara University. After a couple weeks of messaging each other, they were finally meeting in person. That night, there was a tour of Santa Clara University, an impromptu piano performance in the Santa Clara Music Building, and great conversation. Flash forward, and after two years of wonderful memories and love, Megan and Nathan took a second year dating anniversary trip to San Luis Obispo to wine taste in Paso Robles and beer taste in San Luis Obispo. Nathan knew, however, that this trip would be so much more. Nathan planned to propose to Megan, and had planned for his family and her family to meet them in San Luis Obispo that night to celebrate the engagement! When Megan and Nathan arrived at Paso Robles to begin wine tasting, they started at Opolo, and then went to HammerSky. While Nathan knew he would propose at one of the wineries, he wanted to wait for the right moment. When Nathan and Megan arrived at Brecon Estate, he knew that was the right location! Nathan made sure that they went to a secluded part of the winery. It was there Nathan proposed, and Megan said yes! The night was full of fun memories and celebration as both families were able to enjoy the moment that Megan and Nathan made their first steps together toward the ultimate commitment of marriage. On July 8, 2017, Megan and Nathan are excited and honored to share this major moment in their lives with relatives and friends who have made a special impact on their lives, people they love very much. It is their hope that this will be a day full of love, laughter, and happiness, a day for all to remember fondly.
