Our love story started like a fairy tale, on Tinder. Like many pandemic couples, we told our families we “met through mutual friends”. Now we are proud to be an online dating success story (thank you Tinder). Our relationship started in early 2020 with weeks of phone calls, and due to the chaos of that year, our first real sit-down date didn’t happen until our one-year anniversary on May 22, 2021. But from the very beginning, we’ve been inseparable. In May 2024, we moved in together into our cozy Stittsville apartment. This past January 2026, we moved into our first home in Richmond! Stephen proposed on August 11th 2025 with a ring that he designed entirely himself (Go Steve)!
