Check In

If you are coming for both nightsCheck in is from 4pm, you are able to show up any time after that. If you are only coming for the wedding nightPlease arrive before midday so we can get you settled in before the ceremony

Children

While we would prefer for children not to attend we understand that it will be quite a distance and 2 nights can be a lot if you are staying for both so we are more than happy for your little ones to attend! We have family rooms available and can organise a wedding nanny for during the ceremony and the reception if it is something that parents would like - Please just let us know when you RSVP We will also have a kids corner during the wedding with a TV, Couches and some games to play so they aren't stuck with the adults for the entire time - watching the embarrassing dance moves I'm sure will appear

Accommodation Payment

As stated in the accommodation section, the cost is £50 per head per night (Children are free of course! This does not mean you can pretend you are 15) For Payment we will provide a bank account to send it to once an RSVP has been made, This will be the same account used for the Honeymoon fund, and we ask that you label the transfer so we don't get confused

The RSVP Date is 7th of April, Please let us know of ANY dietary requirement by then, How many children will be attending and if you will be with us for Both Night, One Night or Just the Wedding

For Dress code on the night of the wedding ; please aim for semi formal and above; suits and kilts welcome; underwear required. For the night before the wedding; casual is best; as it will be barnyard BBQ style; Don't forget BYOB

We are delighted to tell you that we have accommodation sorted for the night before the wedding (especially helpful for those coming from a distance) and the night of the wedding! We have booked the full site, and one down the road; which includes individual cabins (housing between 8 - 10 people in each)Don't worry! Everyone will be staying with people they know! No awkward get to know you's in the hot tub For those travelling solo; you may end up in a room with a friend (single beds I promise) It is also a slight first come First served situation; if your RSVP is closer to the cut off date; I may struggle to put you with people you know; so RSVP as quickly as you can please! The cost is £50 per head per nightWe have the account information and will just need to be sent to us prior to the RSVP Date

We will be providing a BBQ on the Monday night of arrival and Breakfast Baskets for everyone for both mornings The first night is BYO, so bring your crates and bottles of the good stuff and let's begin the celebrations!

Hot Tubs

Each Cabin has it's own hot tub, They come at an extra cost of £125 per Cabin, but it is for the entire stay If it's something you would like us to set up, Be sure to let us know!

Accommodation Elsewhere

There are other hotels and lodges in the area so if you wish to stay else where this is completely fine! but the prices are high and we would rather everybody was altogether with no chances of drunk accidents or driving.

Hi there guys! This is just a little note to those who have been invited from a Large distance ie. Across the Oceans and Lands You have been invited because we Love you dearly and would adore you to be with us on this wonderful day

We understand that this will not be a small trip, and for some it will be entirely too far, or cost too much money and I just wanted to leave a little note here, just to say; We have invited you with love and understanding, and we will appreciate anyone who makes the Journey to be with us on the day, if you cannot that is completely fine!!
