Guests staying at Tru by Hilton Ashburn receive Shuttle Service to and from Dulles International Airport daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM.

No, guests are checked into rooms in order of how they arrive and what preferences they may have for their room type. If guests would like to be close to one another, they should call the hotel 4-5 days prior to checking in to see if this can be arranged. This is the procedure for adjoining rooms as well. The hotel only has 4 rooms that connect to other rooms. This is on a first come, first serve basis and can only be reserved the week of arrival.

Early check ins are never guaranteed and available on a first come, first serve basis. Due to the large volume of guests checking in on the weekends, the hotel cannot guarantee any early check in for any or all guests. Should guests need to get into their hotel room before 3:00 PM, they must reserve the night before to ensure they will have enough time to get ready for the wedding.

Our ceremony will be a wedding service followed by an older form of the Catholic Mass. The key differences are the language (Latin, which to this day remains the official language of the Catholic Church), the order of events (the exchange of vows is followed immediately by the Mass, so that the first act of the newly married couple is to participate in the Mass and to receive the Eucharist, the source and summit of our Faith), and the music (Gregorian chant, which traces its origin to the music of the ancient Temple).
