August in Oregon is typically pretty hot! We will have plenty of cold beverages available during the ceremony and reception. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside but there are plenty of shady spaces to take cover and we will have fans available!

Of course! We love your kids! Just please, rsvp for your whole crew as well so we make sure we have enough seating.

Yes!! We have the venue for the weekend so you are welcome to stay on site Friday through Sunday afternoon. There is a large area specifically for RVs and tents, with bathrooms available. Sorry, no RV hook-ups though.

If you do not want to camp on site, there are lots of hotels in nearby Corvallis. This is about 30 minutes from the venue. You can also stay near Waldport, Yachats, or Newport, if you would like to be near the beach. There are also lots of smaller stays through air bnb and VRBO. We highly suggest this option if you would like to be closer to the venue. I am happy to help you find a place if you want to reach out to me! :)
