Can I bring a guest/date?
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding.
Are children invited?
Although we love your little ones, we have decided this will be an adult only affair. Enjoy a date night on us!
When is the deadline to RSVP?
The RSVP deadline is August 11th, 2025—we’d love to hear from you by then!
How do we RSVP?
When you receive your invitations there will be a card with a QR code you can scan which will take you straight to our RSVP page and there will also be a link provided that you can use as well. We will also have steps on what to do on the card. If you find that you have trouble, please just reach out to Jerry or Megan and they will mark you accordingly.
What if I don't RSVP in time?
If you do not RSVP by 8.11.2025, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).
What should I do if I cannot make it?
You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on the RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not make it, please notify Megan as soon as you are aware.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30 in the evening, please arrive no later than 4:20pm as music will start at 4pm.
What is the attire?
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress semi-formal. Most importantly we want you all to feel your best and ready for a night of dancing and love!
The ceremony will be outdoors. There is concrete as well as grassy areas. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!
What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a chocolate brown!
Will there be hotel accommodations and transportation?
We will not be providing shuttles or transportation. We strongly urge you to make responsible decisions and to have your transportations respectfully planned.
There is Uber/Lyft in Wooster as well as cabs, please use these, if needed.
We also will not be providing hotel blocks. However, we have provided a few suggestions. They are all about 15-30 minutes from our venue.
