Transportation to and from the venue
A shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue at 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM. (~3:15 and 3:45 arrivals respectively)
Return service to the hotel will begin at 8:30 PM with the final departure at 11:15 PM.
What airport should I choose if I am flying in?
Piedmont Triad International Airport (code GSO) is ~15 minutes from where our hotel room block is reserved and there are flights available to GSO from both the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia airports. While the Charlotte and Raleigh airports are larger, both are ~2hrs from the festivities, so we do not recommend flying into either of them.
