For all out of town guests we will be offering transportation services in the form of buses to get around the day of. These buses will shuttle guests from the Hancock Hotel to the church for the ceremony, from the church to sites with the wedding party for drinks, from these sites to the reception venue, and finally from the reception venue back to the Hancock Hotel for the evening. Due to space limitations, please only use this shuttle service if you receive the invitation and RSVP for the service.

Timeline:

11:50 am: Board buses at Hancock Hotel in Findlay, Ohio

12:05 pm: Buses depart for St. John The Baptist Parish in Glandorf, Ohio

12:40 pm: Arrive at St. John The Baptist Parish in Glandorf, Ohio and get settled into seats

1:00 pm: Wedding Ceremony

2:00 pm: Board buses to depart with the wedding party for drinks and photos. One bus will depart to The Buckeye Club in Miller City, Ohio and the other bus will depart to Hillside Winery in Gilboa, Ohio

4:10 pm: Hillside Winery bus begin boarding

4:15 pm: The Buckeye Club bus begin boarding

4:20 pm: Hillside Winery bus depart for Kalida K of C reception venue

4:25 pm: The Buckeye Club bus depart for Kalida K of C reception venue

11:00 pm: Buses depart Kalida K of C reception venue for Hancock Hotel

11:45 pm: Shuttle bus services end

If you use these services and are not able to check into the Hancock Hotel yet on Saturday, the hotel will hold your bag for you until you return that evening.
