What do I wear?

Formal Cocktail Attire. Please try to stick to lighter colors and avoid black. Of course, ladies, do not wear white unless it is part of a pattern. The ceremony will be outside on a grass lawn, it is advised to refrain from wearing any type of stiletto heels. Are there hotel room blocks for guests?

Yes! Please look under the "travel" category on this website. There is a direct link to reserve a room under "website" for The Kimpton and Fairfield Inn Downtown.

Can I bring my kids?

No. We love your kids, but this is a once in a life-time day for us and we would prefer to have no interruptions. We realize that many of our guests are coming from out of town, so we are open to assisting with childcare accommodations in the area if needed. Please give advance notice.

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Plus-one will be indicated as "guest" on your invitation. If not indicated, please understand that our resources for the event are limited. These choices are not personal and we hope to meet your plus-one at a later date!

What will I eat for dinner?

Food will be served in stations. We have carefully considered all of our guests and their dietary needs/restrictions. If you have a concern that we may not have considered, please reach out and we will take it into consideration. Please view our seating plan for your assigned table.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Please RSVP online. There will be questions for quests to answer to ensure that we have the best day possible!

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP before May, 5th 2025. AT LEAST a month prior to the wedding.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Outdoors! It will be indoors if it rains. Remember to wear sunscreen in June!

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotels?

No. We highly recommend Uber or Lyft if you are unable to drive. The hotels are located within a reasonable distance from the venue (10 min or less).

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes. We are registered through TheKnot.com (registry tab on this website). Monetary gifts are also greatly appreciated. Venmo @Megan_kwi

Where should we bring/ send our wedding gift?

Our address is linked to the online registry on The Knot, which is preferred. There will be a table at the venue for gifts. Please ask a wedding coordinator, or planner Tracy Fink, for its location at the venue.

What time should I arrive at the wedding ceremony?

No earlier than 4pm and no later than 5pm on 06/06/25. There is parking at the venue.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Please do not use your phone or take photos during the ceremony. You can use your phone as much as you would like before and after the ceremony. In fact, we would love to see your pictures, with #ToHaveAndToHarris on social media!
