Alex and Megan met on the popular dating app "Hinge." They went on their first date in October of 2019. The first date was dinner at a Chicago sushi staple, Sunda, followed by cocktails and live music at Untitled Supper Club. After the first date, they could tell there was an immediate connection and from then on, they were together pretty much every day. After they both got COVID very early in March 2020, they basically had to move in together as Alex's roommate was scared to let him come back home for a couple of months. During this time, they got even closer, and soon decided to follow their shared dream of moving to Arizona.

In May of 2020, they packed up all of their belongings, and drove across the country to start their new adventure. Over 3 years together in Arizona, they've overcome many obstacles, adopted 3 pets, bought a house, and have became closer than ever. They truly are each other's best friend.

Over NYE weekend of 2023, Alex finally asked Megan to spend forever with him, and she said YES!
