Many dating apps and countless first dates later, I swore I would never do online dating again. Thankfully a close friend asked me to rejoin alongside her to show her the ropes. This guy popped in my inbox just a couple weeks later with this response to the prompt: Fries or Tots? It’s pretty clear he had me at tots and as you can see, the rest is history :)

Tots were a great start but less than 24 hours after telling him what my favorite ice cream was, this happened. The next day, he drove up after work and we sat in the bed of his truck at Riverfront Park chatting, eating ice cream, and people watching — our first date!
